Basic Policy on Antisocial Forces
Sirius Cat Organization has a basic policy against antisocial forces in which the substantial controlling persons* and officers and employees are not members of organized crime groups (Article 2, Item 6 of the Act on Prevention, etc. of Unjustifiable Acts by Organized Crime Groups) or international terrorists (persons who have been publicly notified pursuant to Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Special Measures concerning the Freezing of Property of International Terrorists implemented by Japan based on United Nations Security Council Resolution No. 1267, etc., or persons who have been designated pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the same Act). In addition, we have established the following basic policies, which all members will comply with in order to ensure the appropriateness and safety of our operations.
*The term “substantial person in control” refers to a person who is to become a natural person who has a controlling influence on the business activities of the corporation to be established through capital contribution, financing, transactions, or other relationships (see Article 11, Paragraph 2, Item 3(b) of the Enforcement Regulations of the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds (hereinafter referred to as the “Enforcement Regulations of the Criminal Proceeds Act”)). or a person who is to be a natural person who represents the corporation to be established and executes its business (See Article 11, Paragraph 2, Item 4 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds)
Cut off all relations, including transactions
The company will block all relationships, including transactions, with antisocial forces.
Prohibition of Backroom Transactions and Provision of Funds
We will never engage in backroom transactions with antisocial forces or provide funds to antisocial forces.
The entire organization, from the top management down, will take action against antisocial forces by establishing explicit grounds for such action in internal regulations. We will also ensure the safety of employees who deal with antisocial forces.
Cooperation with External Expert Organizations
In order to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces, we will cooperate with external specialized organizations, such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan, and lawyers, and respond in an organized and appropriate manner.
Civil and Criminal Legal Response in Emergency Situations
We will reject unreasonable demands from antisocial forces and take resolute legal action, both civil and criminal, as necessary.
